The other day I was watching a video on YouTube. It was an interview with the Billionaire, Dan Peña. Not only is he a Billionaire himself, but has trained 25–28 other Billionaires. Yes, that man’s a big deal.

He was asked a question which, trust me, we all really wanna know.

No, it’s not, “How to get rich?”

Almost every rich person has spoken on this over and over. You’d need to have the Rich Mindset, along with having Financial Knowledge… And of course, Take Action.

So what Dan was asked is, what is consistent in terms of personality type that he has seen among Billionaires.

“Oh… Easy. First of all, 98% of the high performers on the planet have one thing in common.

They are Introverts.

Bill Gates is an Introvert, Warren Buffett is an Introvert, Elon Musk is an Introvert.

Only 2% are loudmouth, Alpha Males like me.”

Being an introvert myself, that sounded like honey to my ears. His words eliminated my doubt of not being able to grow in personal and professional life, as easily as the extroverts.

So, let’s talk about introverts today. I’ve 2 book suggestions for you too, my extrovert friend.

Are You An Introvert?

Have you been allergic to social gatherings? Do your friends consider you the last one to ask about going to a movie? Do you feel alone and different?

That’s me. Except for the fact of feeling alone. With you reading this, my friend, I feel accompanied.

My experience in high school as an introvert

I’ve been avoiding taking part in school events all through my entire school life. All I am being able to recall is myself, in half pants, being seen reciting “The Daffodils” at a poem recitation competition. Because it was compulsory.

But I tried my best to skip compulsory events too. Like Sports.

Teachers were not happy with this behavior of mine, and I never understood why I used to feel that way. The feeling of wanting to avoid any kind of social event.

A Secret Exercise Of An Introvert

Well, something that I learned from being with myself most of the time is,

Everyone should spend more time with themselves.

Because, it gives you the opportunity to introspect. Yes! Something that we don’t even think should be a part of our life. But, it’s very crucial.

Let me share with you a simple exercise that will help you to spend some time with yourself, and will help you know yourself better.

Before going to sleep, Visualize Yourself, and Your Future Self in a room together. Your Future Self has already achieved all the goals you want to achieve and is living your dream life. Have a conversation with him/her.

Ask him/her about the things that he/she did differently that made him/her wealthy. Ask Your Future Self anything that you want, share your problems. You’ll know what you need to do next to move towards your goals.

How Being An Introvert Can Make You Rich

Work hard in silence, let your success be your noise.

Start focusing on improving your skills. Read books. Gain knowledge.

Not just any kind of knowledge. Financial Knowledge. A great start would be Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Read about the mindset and habits of the Rich from Napoleon Hill’s famous book, Think And Grow Rich.

If you don’t have any money in your hand, then work for money initially. As soon as you’ve earned some cash, study about investing. You’ll be doing that next.

Know what to invest in. Learn to know the difference between an Asset and Liability. Understand Cash Flow.

Consider starting your own business. Hire employees.

And Most Importantly…

Never give up. The Rich never do. Try harder, consider trying a different strategy,

But Keep Going.

You will become Rich, my friend. All the Best to you!

Thanks for reading!
